பழைய கதைகளை மீண்டும் வாழ்வதற்கு நீங்கள் இங்கு வரவில்லை. அவற்றை புதிதாக எழுதுவதற்கே இங்கு இருக்கிறீர்கள்.
"என் வலிமையை நான் மீட்டெடுக்கிறேன்" என்று நீங்கள் சொல்லும் கணமே, உங்கள் உடல் அதற்குப் பதிலளிக்கத் தொடங்கும்.
கதவுகள் திறக்கும். வாய்ப்புகள் உங்களைத் தேடி வரும்.
நீங்கள் வித்தியாசமாகச் சிந்திப்பீர்கள். வித்தியாசமாக உணர்வீர்கள். உங்கள் தேர்வுகள் மாறும்.
நீங்கள் நேர்மறையான சக்தியைத் (positivity) தேர்ந்தெடுக்கும் இந்த நொடியில் தான் உங்கள் உண்மையான வலிமை இருக்கிறது.
You are not responsible for the programming you picked up in childhood.
You were learning.
But now... you’re an adult and 100% responsible for updating the code.
Not with blame, shame, or force.
With awareness. With compassion. With power.
